A young couple recently purchased a narrow waterfront lot in the panhandle, northwest region, of Florida’s gulf coast. Their lot has access by land from the south and by water through the canal from the north. The couple prefers an International Modern style home and are also passionate about green design and would like their home to reflect this. They want their home to utilize as much of the water front view as possible while  still incorporating a relaxing, yet modern, feel within the interior.
